Grand Central: FIND YOUR FLATMATES!

Hey!! I know there are about a million threads in which people have put there room, flat and block so I thought it would be nice if everyone who is staying in Grand Central and knows their room could put it here and maybe some people could find there flatmates (yes it's a longshot but it's fun!)

Gemma: Room D, Flat 03, Block A
(Does anyone know where that is because I'm guessing its near the ground so I'm raging!)

I wanted my room changed because I wanted a view and therefore a higher room so my mum rang up and they said they couldn't change my room! my rooms on the first floor (not the ground so there will be no burglers at least!) but I'm paying £85 a week so I should at least get a ****ing room where i ****ing want! And no-one seems to be anywhere near me!!

You should have put on your application form that you wanted a higher room I guess.

I'm sure it will be fine. Just think if there is a fire, you won't have too jump out from the top floor.

Got my confirmation through today. Can't wait. Doubt I will move in on the 9th but probably a few days after.
I doubt many people will move in on the 9th. But since I'm from Liverpool anyway I'm gonna move all my stuff in on the 9th, then go back to my mum and dad's until a few more people move in.

I specifically asked for a room with a decent view on my application form, and I've ended up somewhere in the region of the 9th floor, which is good. Didn't think they'd actually listen to me!

What's the nearest supermarket to Grand Central?

I really wish I asked for a view- but stupid me didn't even think of that! I did ask if it was possible to live with someone who was doing my course but I bet they didn't listen to that. I don't even seem to be in the same block as anyone else! How are the blocks split up?
Tesco is a few steps from Grand Central. About 3 minutes!

Iceland's closer :P Oh, and there's a Spar actually on-site at GC.
