Do they mind you ringing up just to ask how many people are in your flat and what gender? I already know someone who's in my flat from another website, and it's a guy, so my flat's clearly mixed... but my mate lived in North Western last year and those flats were single-sex. I might ring up one day through the week just to double check the times and stuff. A girl I work with is moving in on Friday, but she's renting her flat privately from Unite.

I'm in an ensuite, so maybe that's why mine's mixed. I wouldn't mind TOO much if I was in single-sex, cause it's not as if the whole building's single-sex! But yeah, I am relieved that my flat's mixed
