Thanks so much! Where do a lot of people like to hang out here? I always mean to ask when I see a group but then I get shy lol

    Hi! :wavey:

I always wanted to ask - what do you think of the UK straight after coming from the states? (Be honest! )

I ask because I became friends recently with an American exchange student at Uni. I asked him if his first impressions of the UK were good, and he said he much preferred the States, myself strongly agreeing with him lol.

Lol I had good first impressions, everyone seems very nice here but after I finish school I'm probably going back lol. I miss the cities, taco bell, and WalMart lol

Have you been to the States before?

The phrase the States sounds so cool ,now whenever I talk to my friends about home I always call it that lol

A country with less heart attacks per year? (although not by much)

    - c'mon I'm sure the yanks have stereotypes about us, as long as they are lighthearted and fun.

It was a sarcastic question. (Hence the rolleyes.)

America has too good mexican food to eat at places like Taco Bell anyway.
