Basically this year i've noticed that i've become more anxious when a assignment demonstration for uni comes up, i get sweaty palms, rushed speech, pessimistic thoughts, a fear of dread / a little bit of enclosement (spelling?), now normally i can cope with this through meditation and breathing excersies but recently they haven't worked that well (stress seems to work well, but ofc can't take a stress ball into exams)
Anyone know any remedies i can use to help me reduce the symptoms
Note: my brother was diagnosed with anxiety issues a couple of years ago and i'm beginning to think that i might have inherited a small bout of it, if so what can i do to confirm this?
I have 3 assignment deadline in 3/4 weeks and i'm sure i'm gonna be just as anxious as i have always been

By becoming aware of your breathing, you become unaware of everything else that pisses you off - anxiety.
