Despite sounding like software engineers will work for old English army officers, the article in a nutshell is basically that due to the fast changing industry and the cheaper wages companies will prefer newly graduated Software Engineers over older more experienced ones. Great for those at university but terrible 10years down the line.

It isn't so much that the older ones are completely out of date but more so their wages make them less appealing to employers and obviously not all of them can go into management.

    Would anyone agree with this?
Have you ever experienced racism/sexism at uni?
