    Hi all,

This may be a bit of a strange question but do MAs have degree classifications? By this I mean '1st', '2:1', '2:2' and '3rd'? Or are all MAs just 'PASS/FAIL'?

    Thanks

Different unis can have different systems. For my Masters, it was Pass (50-59%), Merit (60-69%) and Distinction (70%+). Some only have Pass and Distinction, and mark thresholds can be different as well.

Master's don't have classification, they're either pass or fail with the pass mark being at 50%. However, if you get 70%+ you'll be given a distinction.
