    Hey all,

I'm a 24 year old guy and trying to get my body more toned. I was really fit and toned up to about 20/21. During the last couple of years at uni, I relaxed a bit too much in terms of the exercise! Since the start of the year, I've been running regularly at the gym - regularly implying 3-4 days a week. The running is over 3km at 2-3.5% incline for approx 20 minutes. I have noticed some benefits - I've lost some weight and a bit more toned. However, I would like to improve the results, particularly in toning my stomach. I'm not after a ripped six pac or anything lol just a flat stomach. Any tips would be great. I'm not sure when to start using the ab-curl machines - I know a few people who say its not worth doing that until you've burnt off quite a lot of fat off the stomach first.

So yeah, feel free to add any experience/advice you may have!

Do that a couple of times a day? Works on your ab muscles.

I ran 10km almost everyday; I can see the improvement but I'm hoping I can accelerate the results : /
