Hey! Basically I cannot get in touch with my dissertation supervisor and I don't know how many sources to use in my literature review. Could anyone help me out please? Should I be doing 5-10, 10-20?
I am doing at 10,000 word research project in Sociology. Thank you for taking the time to read this sorry if I have done it wrong, I'm a newbie!

With the caveat that it's generally more about quality than quantity of references...

I can't speak for Sociology, or probably for your uni, but as a yardstick, for a 12k undergrad geography dissertation, somewhere in the region of 15-30 references would have been acceptable.

Without the more truthful but less useful answer of 'it depends', that's the best I can do XD
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
