Hey I was a student at Nottingham University doing Film Studies but I felt like I was doing the wrong course and everything like that so cut a long story short I dropped out in November, I got a withdrawal form for my Uni and everything was processed etc. I got the student finance letters with all my loan details and confirmation I had dropped out.
I have applied again for 2013/2014 to Politics at Nottingham Trent which I have an unconditional offer for which I accepted, I got a student finance letter in the post that I had to fill in like all my details and what loan I wanted to apply for, but I'm really confused, do I just fill that in and send it off?
Also I logged on to student finance England with my customer reference number and my status still says I'm at nottingham university doing film, I was really confused I didn't know whether to phone up student finance.
So my main questions are Do I fill in the letter I was given about parents income, my details etc and send it off and then is that everything sorted? Can I still get a loan for the entire 3 years of the course Why does it say I am still at Nottingham Uni online on The SFE page when I got a letter from SFE to confirm my payments had stopped and I had withdrawn? Is it worth ringing them up?
Thanks, hopefully this isn't to confusing because it is for me.

Sorry to be completely useless but PM me because I have a conditional for Politics and IR at Trent would be nice to know someone in some of my lectures :')
I'd ring them.

How many years have you previously studied for? If this was your first, then you'd get funding for all 3 years.
