Amazing night life. There are not many place ie. there is the anchor/havana/kellys and there are nights on in one of those places sometimes in to two places every night of the week. There is a union bar that do host nights and there good to meet people in your first year and its very handy if your on staying on campus. You will find the less places better. It might become boring but makes it better for meeting people as everyone in the university goes to those places. And for afters you bound to find a party somewhere around Portstewart.

Anchor would be the best, but Kelly's and Havana have their moments too!
Either way, taxis to Portstewart/Portrush cost around £7/8.
Also Havana is just across the road from the Anchor, so you sort of have a choice if one place isn't great one night, or whatever.

Being from around the North Coast area, Kellys nightclub in Portrush is probably the best place to go. Lots of different rooms with different music in each, though don't expect rock music because I'm pretty sure they don't play any there.

Havana/ Anchor/ Club Aura is in Portstewart. Though I usually find that the Anchor is filled with old men, like around about 30s/ 40s.
