Sorry this may be a stupid question

What is the difference between the Kings' residences and the Intercollegiate Halls? Do the Kings' Residences count as "halls"?

It's not a stupid question They are all 'halls' it's just some are owned by King's college and therefore will only have King's students in, and the intercollegiate halls are owned by the University of London. This means that in an intercollegiate hall you could be living with someone from any University of London college (except Imperial students unless they choose a UoL degree).

    Hope this helps
