I used to masturbate a lot and that resulted in knee pains and a lot of acne on my face. So is masturbation harmful.

Masturbation is fine and healthy and it couldn't have caused your knee pain... acne is possible I suppose due to the hormone rush, but masturbation is by no means harmful or unhealthy so long as it isn't excessive

Yes it might be useful as well,
But doesn't it harm the concentration levels ???

Masturbation cannot cause acne or knee injury so not sure why u think that it did.

On the contrary it is good for you and helps you relax and releases endorphines. only time its unhealthy if it becomes an obsession and you stop doing other things in order to mastabate.

Why would your knees hurt as a result? I actually think it's beneficial to your health as endorphines are released. And you get an orgasm out of it - happy days!

It's more likely that sport, not masturbation, was the cause of your knee pain. Unless you masturbate with your knee. But I always assumed I was unique in that respect.

"partial masturbation" (i.e. stopping in the middle of it) arises the level of testosterone (of course, when done systematically over few days/weeks time), which can improve a performance in some sports.

I think there is also a psychological effect.

If you over expose yourself to porn it might desensitise you.

Was this, by any chance, when you were a teenager? In which case, the hormone imbalance would explain the acne, and growing pains would explain your knees.

    Or are you just kidding?

You have reduced the frequency of masturbation, and yet you are still experiencing trouble. Logically, this suggests that your troubles are not caused by masturbation. Carry on.
