Can anyone remind me how to do this?

For example, I've dissolved 50g of FeSO4.7H2O in 1 litre of water - this should give 10,000ppm of Fe. The atomic weight of S is 22.989 so how much ppm is there of S?

P.s The compound atomic weight is 278.01.
