    Hi

I sent my household income form off to you in the post about a week and a half ago and I'm just wondering how long I should wait to hear back before ringing?

I've checked my online account and nothing has changed so I'm presuming they haven't received it, but how will I know when they do?

I'm worried about the time span because I want to apply for a money-saving scholarship from the university which are given out on a first come first serve basis, however I have to have it confirmed that I can receive the full maintenance grant before I can apply.

    Thanks

    Hi Beckie,

Forms of this type take around 3 weeks to be processed from when we receive them so I would suggest waiting until weeks have passed before calling as our advisers won't be able to give you any info until then.

Once we've processed your forms we'll verify your parents income details with HMRC and send you an entitlement letter to let you know how much you'll be getting. You can keep an eye on the View Correspondence section of your online account to check when your entitlement letter is on it's way or to print a copy out.

    Hope this helps,
    Mark-Lee
