I saw another group of dog walkers and asked if I could walk with them, because my dog is only 5 months and needs to learn boundaries.
He kept trying to play with a dog who wasn't interested, and was warned many times, but still continued. The other dog eventually nipped him on the side of the mouth and there's a small amount of blood.

The bleeding has stopped and I've given him some salt water which he drank and now some normal water again in case he's a bit dehydrated.

    Should I do anything else?
It really is a small cut but I'm not sure how to treat a dog wound or how likely it is to get an infection.

If you're really worried, take them to the vets.

For dogs, it's often best to let them learn their own lessons, otherwise you end up imprinting on to them how they 'should' feel and act after such an occurrence.

I'm not really worried if I'm honest, I can't even see it any more, which is surely a good sign.
I gave him a fuss after the walk, but just got on with it until we were home.
