Tuition loan and previous BA degree

Good afternoon,

my name is Nicolò and I'm 21, I'm an italian student and in March 2014 I'm going to graduate from my university at the end of a three-years-course in Philosophy.
In september 2014 I would like to attend the BA Film and Television production at Westminster University, and I already know I can't be eligible for the loan because I would have a previous BA degree, so I was thinking:

may I NOT get the italian degree, get the loan, and the year later, while I'm attending Westminster University, get my italian degree in Philosophy? Or, at that point, my loan would be canceled?


I understand it's a complicate request, so Thank You so much for the attention,
