SCITT Student Finance

I am currently waiting for paper copy of the student finance form as I received an error message on my application for 2013/14 and apparently it may never be fixed according to the advisors I phoned at student finance. My question is that I applied for my SCITT teacher training finance (well tried to) through the account I used for my undergraduate degree, that is the right way to do it isn't it? I just want to confirm :smile: And also now that I am getting a paper form, once it is received by student finance will it erase my mostly filled in (but now unable to complete) form I started online?

Hi Laurie,

Yes you were correct to use the same account and you should include your existing Customer Reference Number on the application when you receive it.

The paper application will overwrite what's already been entered onto the online application although I would suggest attaching a short note to your application stating that you had problems applying online.
