Hi, both my children aged 26 and 23 are studying for Masters Degrees and have each taken out a personal development loan to finance themselves. Since they began their courses in September my husband and I have separated and I now live on benefits so I am unable to help them financially. They both live at home with me. Is there any financial help that they could apply for now that their circumstances have changed?

    Hi Liza,

The Career Development Loan aren't supplied by SFE and unfortunately the only support we can give to Masters students is Disabled Student Allowance, if applicable.

    Thanks,
    Mark-Lee
