I am a student studying the IB diploma. I have gotten a predicted of 42 and got accepted in to Cambridge, UCL, ICL, Warwick, HKUST, HKU, Durham and Edinburgh . However due to expenses all these top 10 schools for me are thrown down the drain, so i am now going to HKUST (full scholarship).

I was wondering if i can continue my chances with these prestigioius schools which i cannot go now, later for my postgraduation? I mean how do the postgraduate actually work? Do they look at your Uni grades? Is it more expensive than when you applied for bachelors??

can anyone give me some feedback?
Do you agree with the PM's proposal to cut tuition fees for some courses?
