    Hi! I really would love to know how biological sciences is as a degree, and how work intensive it is.
    Also, are there any revision resources for coursework or exams/tests that you guys use? If so, would you be so kind to link me some?
    It's just that I really want to get a gist of studying biological sciences at degree level, and hopefully expand my knowledge a little above a-level!

    Molecular Biology of the Cell (Alberts et al), Biochemistry (Voet & Voet) are good places to start.

    Teaching is in the form of lectures, practicals and tutorials with most people spending upto 25 hours a week on work either self study or being taught.

    There are no revision guides per se because each uni designs its own course.
