    I contacted Student Finance over the phone more then two hours ago. They were supposed to send me my login details with my password to my e-mail address. I still haven't received them. I am really worried that they have sent them to someone that isn't me. If they have that person now has access to my information. Please help.

    Hi Blade,

    Have you checked your junk mail or spam folder? Depending on your email inbox settings they may have been automatically routed here.

    If someone else did receive this email (which is very, very unlikely) they still wouldn't have access to your account. The email only contains the password and secret answer it doesn't have you customer reference number in.
