    So, the last few weeks Ive been going to sleep much later than usual (midnight - 1) and waking up at 7:30.
    This week I decided to get some earlier nights (10 - 11) only...
    I feel more tired and grumpy this week than I did last week!
    WHY?

    When you interrupt your sleeping habits by more than half an hour (even if you get more sleep) it makes you more tired: you should gradually go to sleep earlier, otherwise the change is too sudden for your body
