I had a large bar of Cadbury chocolate last night before bed... I felt quite sick at the end... I regretted it but now... I am thinking I want to have a bar of Cadbury again even though most likely I will need up eating the whole thing and feel sick. As I can't say no to chocolate :'( I think I have a problem... I need to go to Chocolate Addict Anonymous I think

In the days when people used to buy plane tickets from travel agents, I once went to pay for my holiday ticket but ended up in the bookmakers next door because the travel agent was on lunch break and I didn't wanna go home and come back again.

To amuse myself, I bet some money on a horse. Lost. Then bet some more to recoup my money. Won..lost...won...lost...until half my money was gone!

Heartbroken, I bet my remaining money, thinking 'all or nothing'! Luckily, I won my money back plus extra for lunch! Phew!!! Relieved, felt stupid but also lucky! I might do it again cos the adrenaline was awesome!

You know they are bad for you but you just can't give it up! Sounds like my daily ritual of reminding myself that smoking is bad for me...the guilt, the smell, the cost, possible health problems, but then the thought of not smoking a cigarette is just unbearable! I love a cup of coffee with cigarettes first thing in the morning!!!
