Hello, I know there are guides posted everywhere about getting an A* but there's just one thing that confuses me and thats regarding getting 90% in A2. Do you need 90+ in both A2 units (unit 3 and 4) or is it 90% of your A2 units added together? This is my current situation for AQA Law:

    Unit 1: 79UMS
    Unit 2: 77UMS
    Unit 3: 87UMS

So, if I get 93UMS in unit 4, will I get an A*?

You need 90+ average in A2, so yes you will get an A* if you achieve 93 UMS in unit 4.

Did you get an A overall at AS with those marks in unit 1 and 2?

If so then yes, you need 93 in unit 4.

Yes, if you get 93% in unit 4 you will have scored highly enough to get an A* as you have met the 90% A2 average.

Don't forget you also need an A overall but if my mental maths is still what it used to be getting 93 in unit 4 would leave you with 336/400 which is an A overall but an A* with your A2 scores. Good luck.
