I applied for a student loan which I then realised had been done in my name and not my daughter so I had the application cancelled. Now I want to re-apply but I cannot work out how to do that. Each time I log in it takes me straight back to the wrong application. Please could I have the telephone number of somebody I can talk to and go through the system with them.
