    Hi,

Right now I am studying at college and having some attendance/health issues. The college is continuously contacting my parents about it, and it seems since as I am 18 doesn't that mean it can just go through me? Do I have to request this or should it be done anyway. Surely I have some right to privacy now being totally disconnected from my parents, legally that is.

THank you for all answers in advance

Im not to sure but im pretty sure you should have some privacy! i have counsiling and its kept confidencial. you should ask if your problems can be kept confidencial and if they say no then i would question that. EVERYONE is allowed confidencial stuff no matter what the age
