Ok, so person A has a certain phone number. Now another person B wants their number changed and want to dispose of their current one, is it in anyway possible for them to end up with person A's number? Even if person A disposed of their number, changed it or whatever, would person B ever end up with that exact number of person A?

This boy calling himself 'anonymous' was harassing me a while ago calling themselves 'anonymous' when their number was clearly displayed on my phone, I asked a friend of mine whose the number that was and was told it was this boy I knew in a class of mine.

A few months later, another female friend of mine has this EXACT number, this friend did say they had their number changed so I'm thinking what are the odds of the network giving this female friend the same number as the apparent boy? We're in the same class, same college etc. I don't want to go and accuse her of harassing me when she may not have. Sorry if this sounds confusing, I was just wondering.
