    What is the best Oil & gas grad scheme for someone wanting to go down the drilling route?

    Bp/Shell/transocean/KCAD/maersk ?

    I've heard Shell have the best scheme in industry for well engineering.

    It also depends on whether you want to work for an oil company or a rig contractor I suppose.

    Also, some operators offer a very broad graduate scheme where you get rotations in several different departments, e.g. drilling, facilities, etc.

    Yeah its got to be Shell I guess

    Out of intrest which contractors would you suggest? KCAD ,transocean?

    I know extremely little about drilling contractors. I don't even think that all that many even recruit graduates to be honest.

    Schlumberger (mind the spelling) is a pretty good contractor.
    It all depends on what type of job you want to do and what qualifications you currently posses or are planning to gain
