Just wondering what you guys think is the best pre workout supplement?
I'm currently looking at Cellucor C4 which seems really good, but any advice would be great.
    Thanks.

Pre workouts are unnecessary. If you're going to take creatine, take in the morning and after a workout. If you're going to take protein shake, one after a workout if bulking, one in the morning and after a workout if cutting.Dat sweet sweet protein.

As long as I'm hydrated I can workout even on a fast. Most of these pre-works are placebo bull**** imo.

The two that have merit imo are caffeine and creatine, although creatine isn't a preworkout as such but it helps if you've kept loaded on it as it definitely lets you lift longer. Caffeine long term has it's negatives too.

Do you really need one and what do you think it is actually doing for you?
Motivation from external products is a bad thing.

You've already got your answers but just to re-iterate you don't really need a pre-workout. Some caffeine, dubstep and a whole lot of rage is what I use.

    Caffeine tablets. Cheap and effective.

    Strong, dark coffee.

    Banana.

People that need anything more are just pussies.
