Nope. We wish the death of the state to pass unremarked and unmourned.
Here's the true irony - you make remarks about the death of the state more than perhaps any other!

Do others agree with me that, in keeping with her politics, Thatcher's funeral should be privatised?

It should be entirely the prerogative of the family.

Thatcher expressed her wish not to be given a state funeral, so hopefully the service will be arranged in accordance with her wishes.

Apparently its going to be on the lines of the Queen Mother's 11 years ago with the main difference being that it will not have royal status

Nope, it is based on the board limit, which changed to 100 posts around the time of the rep system change I believe.
    Right, missed that...

Hopefully we'll make it to at least 610 or so. It'd be a shame to be more than 100 votes short of the last Summer Election.

There's still PM votes though and they could boost turnout slightly.

Yes just under two hours until I am declared Prime Minister with a majority big enough to declare myself "Prime Minister for Life" where I will lead the country to economic prosperity and military superiority and we will conquer the Slavs to create living space in the East :smug:

tehFrance, he is basically Hitler only he is gorgeous and loves Jews (as he is a Jew )

    Vote tehFrance for Nationalistic Policies

Yeah, I think there's a bug where people with too much negative reputation can't vote, and so have to PM the Speaker their vote instead.
