    hi, i am interested in joining the RAF as a weapons systems officer and was wandering what exactly the entry fitness test comprises of, can anyone tell me?

    go onto 'search' top left of your screen and search this out on the forum, you will find loads and loads of raf hopefuls asking similar questions

    ... you also posted this twice, and I replied to both of them. Stop worrying about fitness and start worrying about getting in. There is no entry fitness test as such; you do a minor bleep test to assess how much work you have to do before officer training.

    If you're constantly worrying about your fitness and don't maintain it as high as it can be you probably won't be too hot in a high-G environment. Be as fit as you can be.
