I am in my final year of a Modern Languages degree and have received an offer for a Translation masters next year. Although it is definitely a career option I am considering, I am not 100% sure it is definitely the area I want to work in. How transferable would this qualification be? Would employers look on it favourably or question why I had undertaken this masters and then applied to an unrelated graduate scheme in e.g. business, marketing, professional services?

If you won £30,000, which of these would you spend it on?
