I fell out with a really good friend, I think she overreacted and through trying to make things better ultimately I made things worse and now have a 6 month restraining order against her, after I snapped and over twitter abused her for around 30 hours, wrong I know and how I regret how I acted.

I am not allowed to directly or indirectly contact her, enter premises she resides at or is employed at and am not allowed to any information about her into any device, system, network or the internet. I also must serve three months of community service.

I am wondering if others on here would like to share, how they got a restraining order, the duration of it and what they are prohibited from doing.
