Who's done the Nuffield bursary project and benefited from it on the long run?

hey,
Just wanted to see whether particpating in the Nuffiled Bursary project actually has any benefits?
(Did it last yr :rolleyes: )

I've taken in Nuffield Bursary Project students to do work for me in the lab for the last two years. Research projects, no matter how small still look good post degree if you want to do a Masters, PhD or D.Phil.

Also the pay £1,000 a month is plenty of reason!

I didn't get that much :eek: I went as an A level student(AS at the time)

yeah - good experience in techniques, taught myself lots of useful things there, good contacts made, good work experience, got paid, think it helped in uni interview etc..

did u not get much from it?
