I'll have you know that Salmon don't come cheap.

Took me a while to catch the damn thing than clean it up ready to be cooked.

Caught another one yesterday for my dinner.

What do you think of this one?

It does look more appealing, hmm you say you caught it? Very impressive! Of course catching fish raw and cooking it takes the meal to a new level because you've actually put more effort it. For this I award 7/10, the reason I docked 3 marks is because its not my sort of dish, I'm a heavy meat eater and a jacket potato like that would last less than 5 mins

Looks way better than the first one! The salmon must have been sooo tasty after all that hard effort in catching it...

I'm thinking of making one of these now.

Hi thank you for the opinion! Greatly appreciated! Yeah most of this is homemade. The potatoes were my own I grew as well and the butter was made at home.

I also ate coleslaw as a side for my meal yesterday but after I took a picture of it. Does that count?

Thanks so much! Yeah my first one I didn't trim the salmon as well as I did the second time

It was also fresher as I ate it almost after I caught it

Well, I don't think it looks very nice, but I don't like fish so that could be why. You may want to present it a bit nicer, and add vegetables with it too.

Photos don't make it look too appealing, but the description sounds great! I love salmon, my allergies mean I shouldn't eat it but I sometimes treat myself at christmas :ninja:
