No need to be sorry to be new unless of course you're not. . .
Draw a diagram with all the info you have - doesn't need to be a work of art but it'll help to visualise what you've got

As joostan says, draw a quick sketch diagram. You will need to know the general equation for a circle where (h,k) is the centre of the circle and r is its radius.
