Bet you've never seen someone curling in the squat rack.

Anyways ot, people who grunt like their getting penetrated from the behind, slam weights on the floor to prove how hench they are and people who do not return the weights to the rack.

Kids in the gym messing around on machines I actually want to use properly.
Groups of teenage girls wearing skimpy outfits (yes, in the gym) trying to get the attention of the groups of teenage boys who are standing around the free weights not really doing much.

No it's completely overhyped and exaggerated, I've been lifting for 4-5 months now and I've never seen anyone curling in the rack.

Guys who are lifting dumbbells that are like 10-12k, and then just let them drop to the floor after every set with an audible smash that startles others.

People who put dumbbells on the rack where ever they feel like, rather than in order of weight or even in corresponding pairs.

People who leave entire puddles of sweat on benches/equipment/seats and never, EVER wipe up after themselves.

Gyms that play Nicki Minaj songs...

I once did it when the gym was completely empty, just to see what all the fuss was about.
It turns out its actually no better than curling elsewhere.

people who try talking to me when I have earphones in

those guys that come in groups of 4-5 and spend ages on the bench

people who drop dumbells really loud on purpose for attention

spotters touching the bar when I clearly didn't need help and also dangling their family jewels in my face

and work experience boys tend to be very annoying too. there was one last summer who threw the big exercise ball at me whilst I was on the treadmill

-Guys who spend ages chatting to a girl, who clearly just wants to get on with her work-out.

-But above all, guys who DON'T PUT THEIR FRIGGING DUMBELLS/PLATES BACK WHEN THEY'VE FINISHED WITH THEM!!

People who quadruple super set and take up like 5 pieces of equipment.
Guys hogging the equipment doing 10 sets of 500 reps of 1kg.
People who get arsey with you for asking how many sets they have left or if you can share.
