I applied for Computer science at Strathclyde and got refused but instead they gave me a conditional for this course. Does anyone have some information about it? It would be really helpful.

Hey man, I am not doing computer science but I'm sure it's just science on a computer. People don't use paper anymore because it's bad for tree's or something so they do science on a computer instead of real life. I think.

It is a mix between the computer science course and the electronic and electrical engineering course. It's actually harder than the raw compsci course, you have more classes between the two but its very rewarding. It is very under-subscribed, each year is about 12 people in size. I could imagine it being very easy for a CES student to jump ship to compsci in the future year.
