There's a girl I've known for a few months, only met 5/6 times, but we used to talk on an almost nightly basis. We've got to second base, but yet to do anything explicitly sexual. I think she likes me, or at least, did like me. Recently, though, she's been quiet. Over the past week, she's never texted nor initiated the conversation, and I have had to, so I've felt a little bit stalkerish. We had a proper chat once, when I accidentally, after called her my girlfriend - I hadn't meant to - she was confused/surprised/taken aback understandably. She's been looking after her friend who has been going through a rough time (his relative's been ill) and is busy, which I appreciate. Just wondering what to do/whether I still stand a shot?
Was thinking of going for a letter explaining that I understand why she's reticent to enter a relationship and that there's no pressure, but also wondering whether I should just shut up for a few days - although I worry she may forget about me entirely.

give her a few more days and then say something, she might just want some space. as for a letter, i'd go for a text or a message instead - a letter just seems a bit formal
