Putting this here because I'm new. What do you, the general public think of the story? Has it helped you? Have you been through anything similar? Does this storyline help? Discuss.

This story line is truly awful and so boring and dragged out. I face-palmed multiple times when the 'gang' had scenes..it's just so badly acted out. I think Eastenders are running out of ideas.

I have gone off Beastenders recently, and finding it rather boring. Watching Sideshow Bob getting sent down in Coronation Street tonight was quality

I'm loving Corrie at the minute. The whole 1 o'clock club thing with Stan has me in stitches. I just hope Roy Cropper has a few of these Hash Brownies

Intriguingly, Little Chris (The guy who stabs Liam) Is my mates cousin so I see him a lot and we speak LOL and I liked the idea and it worked! And I haven't been involved in a gang but I was a few seconds away from being stabbed before (not in my area) so yeah!

I think it's good that they've chosen something as topical and worrying as this but they could have tackled it from a more interesting angle such as incorportating a shooting or stabbing rather than just having a passing reference to one; and everything about the way plot events unfolded could have been more engaging. I don't think whoever's writing Eastenders at the moment has a very good sense of creating suspense because the Tamwar attack story was just dragged out and really quite boring.
Not sure if you've watched today's episode, but Liam was stabbed

I think Liam is generally a poor actor and so it made it more harder to get a more emotional and engaging storyline than what it could have been. The portrayal of Bianca's stress and worry was pretty good, but Liam's part wasn't quite poor IMO. Generally, the storyline was quite good and I'm glad they put out a storyline like that since it's a storyline that has never(?) been used in EastEnders and it related well to issues that young people and families face in the UK.

    The acting was terrible.

So terrible, in fact, that I kept thinking I was watching a porno and expected Liam to be gang bummed at any minute.
