    Hi Thank you for visiting,

I am trying to reply to my offers on UCAS track but I am receiving this message :

An insurance reply can only be made if a conditional firm choice exists .

I have Two Unconditional offer and one Conditional.

I want to make 1 of the unconditonal a FIRM
1 of the Condtional a Insurance
and the other unconditional a DECLINE.

i KNOW this is a litttle confusing but I can't seem to reply and receiving above message. Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong.

If you make an Unconditional offer your firm choice then that's it. You have met their criteria and are accepted. There is therefore no need for an insurance offer, because insurances are only used if you don't meet the offer from your firm choice.

So I have firmed my uncondtional offer and declined the two others and it seemed to have been working , is this what was meant to happen? What if my unconditional changes its mind , I wanted insurance for a backup but seems like it wont work that way

They won't change their mind - start applying for accommodation and planning to go in a few months!

If you FIRM an Unconditional offer, you don't need the Insurance offer, so you should decline the Conditional offer AND the unwanted Unconditional offer. Insurance offers are only useful if you fail to get the grades required by a Conditional offer.
