How do you identify yourself? If somebody asked you which nationality you were, what would you say, British or English/Scottish/Welsh, and why?

I'm 50:50 as to what to answer, but I think I'd say British. We're no so different, are we?

Scottish, through and through, although I have no problem identifying as British. I'm just patriotic like that :3

To other Brits I identify myself as being from Yorkshire (I guess the second option in the poll applies to me in principle?).

To individuals overseas I'm a Brit.

I don't refer to myself as English very often, usually only in sporting events and the like.

It depends who I'm talking to I think. Like if somebody from the UK asked I'd say I was Scottish. To somebody outside the UK I'd say British, & probably clarify that I'm from Scotland.

Not because it's an antagonistic thing or anything, just because it's less relevant to someone outside of the UK where in the UK I'm from maybe? That's just how I always do it for whatever reason.
