My mum works as a carer in a dementia care home and I go there regularly to help out, you'll enjoy it, it's quite fun and it's nice to sit and chat with the residents, especially if the carers are too busy to have a one-to-one conversation. I'd imagine it to look good on a CV. :smile:

That would definately look good on your CV.
Any work experience is good, but this is something different (i.e. not the usual stuff like in a school, charity shop etc etc). Especially if you want to go into that area of work.
