hi really confused.im doing nuffield chem and gotta do my coursework in industry, doing one about which conditions are best to store fruit juice(therefore vitamin c).been on net etc got info on its structure etc but have no idea where to go from here

Vit C, do some reasearch on its stability and reactions to various materials etc.
Then base your things around that. Including a buffer solution due to acidity etc...
And don't use the main forum again for Academic work.
