    Hi,
    So in my textbook it gives me a calibration curve- and the graph shows me that as glucose concentration increases, the percentage transmission of the light increases. How does that make sense- because surely- the greater the glucose concentration- the more light being absorbed by the bigger number of glucose molecules- so the less light transmitted. By the way- this textbook is the OCR biology AS level written by Pete Kennedy and Frank Sochacki, page 115 figure 2.
