Yesterday i dropped my Iphone 4 in a sink of water. Managed to get it out almost instantly.
The phone was on and still working, i turned it off so it wouldnt short-circuit.
I left it all day and overnight in the airing cupboard to dry out, I plan on leaving it there for a while.
The phone still works, only sign of damage is a very small hairline (white) down the middle of the phone. On the LCD bit maybe?
Any ideas if i can get this repaired? If so, any estimations on how much this might cost?

    Very expensive.
The LCD likely need replacing and that is an expensive repair because it takes agggeeesss to do and the part is roughly £40.
If the motherboard is damaged then you're looking at needing a new phone because that part is hard to get hold of and is very expensive.
