I've been suffering for over a year from anxiety and panic attacks due to stress at work. I've just finished CBT and have been on a couple of dates with a guy but I get so nervous beforehand! I cancelled our third date and told him I'm not sure I'm ready to date, but I feel a bit as though its the anxiety talking and I'm pushing him away before I've given him a chance.
Should I wait to date? Or is it good to put myself into this type of situation? I've told him a bit about my anxiety but not sure he understands.
But we haven't even met!
