    No, 10 point deduction is enough, harsh punishments are not fair on players or fans. And getting relegated won't help your finances.

    No, but there should be stricter rules on clubs' financial management to prevent such situations as much as possible.

    If there was no such thing as football creditors and clubs did not have to play players first then I suspect there would be no player joining a club for silly wages if they had doubts they could pay up.
