    Hi,
I'm thinking about moving out of my current house due to problems with my housemates which are beginning to affect my studies and health. I don't know how to tell them that I'm looking to move out ASAP without causing too much upset. Any ideas?
    Thanks

This happened to me, but I was in halls, I wasn't on talking terms with my flatmates so I didn't tell them to their face, except I posted on our flat facebook group that I was moving out and I hoped they had a good christmas.

I would tell the person you get on the most with in the house and explain you're moving out because you're finding it difficult to live there because it's affecting you're studies... act like you are sad about it, even if you are not, because it makes things less dramatic and awkward, be like im so sad that it hasnt worked out wish you guys all the best etc.

OR you could literally not say anything if you plan on never talking to them again because it wouldn't make a difference.

I'm living with one of them again next year but I think she would understand and not make a big deal. The others might get a bit annoyed which is a shame because we used to get on so well. Guess I should have known better than to live with close friends! :/
