I have an exam coming up soon where I will be expected to understand active/passive clauses but I just have no clue how they work

My teacher gave us a sheet with a whole bunch of clauses/phrases on, and we have to figure out if they're active or passive. I've done most of them but I just can't understand the following ones:

    - the horrifying death of Jade Anderson exposes a shocking loophole in the law
    - Police have said there were no previous reports of dangerous dogs
    - the owner of four dogs that savaged a 14-year-old girl to death is unlikely to be prosecuted

Can anyone explain to me how/why these are active or passive??
